TASN recently launched our new online certification process, so you can now complete your renewal through your TASN member account instead of submitting a paper form. No more mailing required!


Since you have already completed your 12 renewal hours and are within your renewal window, here’s how to get started:
1. Log in to your TASN member account: TASN Member Login
2. Once you are logged in, visit the TASN Certification Program page: https://www.tasn.net/tasn-certification-program
3. From that page, you can access the online form to complete your Level 4 renewal (click the red Apply or Renew Online button)

If you run into any issues, do not see the renewal option or have questions about what you need, just let us know. We’re happy to help you through the process.

Hi Kendi,

Good news! Our system shows your Level 4 certification has been updated and is valid through Oct. 6, 2027. You can print your updated membership and certification card now to share with your director!

With TASN’s move to online certification, you have easier access to your information without mailing paperwork or waiting for a certificate in the mail. You can check your TASN profile anytime to see whether your certification is pending review or approved. Once approved, your updated card is available to view and print right away.

Log in and visit the Membership Card page to access your card. If you need help, please email [email protected]. We’re happy to assist!

I have not revived my certificate for the level 4 and have already taken the 12 hour courses. I did get the invoice saying I paid but I need my certificate to send to my director before it expires.

Hi, Robbin! I wanted to check in to see whether you were able to upload your PDF and complete the renewal form.

If you are still having trouble, please let us know and share exactly what is happening. We’ll look into why the upload is taking so long or causing the form to time out, and we’ll help you complete the process.

I am trying to do the renewal online but it is taking forever to upload tge pdf file and it kicks me out.do i need to upload the PDF or do yall se i completed the hours?

TASN recently soft-launched our new online certification renewal process, so you can now complete your renewal through your TASN member account instead of submitting a paper form. No more mailing required!

Because this process is still new, we are continuing to refine it as members begin using it, and we would love your feedback. If anything is unclear, difficult to find or could be easier, please let us know.
