Purpose / Job Description:

Chef-Culinary Trainer develops and delivers a system of culinary skills training and coaching for
food service employees on all aspects of their job as it relates to food production and food
safety to ensure quality food production at all sites. Coordinate culinary programs and school
pilot projects for the Child Nutrition Department and Culinary Arts program

Responsibilities / Duties:

Supervises the equivalent of two or more full-time
employees.

Working Conditions:

Maintain emotional control under stress.
Occasional prolonged and irregular hours and district-wide travel.
Continual standing, walking, pushing, and pulling
Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, and climbing (ladder), moderate lifting and
carrying.
Moderate exposure to hot or cold temperatures
