Purpose / Job Description:

Responsible for the evaluation and accountability of assigned schools to ensure compliance with all Child Nutrition program regulations and department procedures

Responsibilities / Duties:

Technology and Information Management
1. Maintain and support Child Nutrition technology equipment in assigned cafeterias, employee-dining facilities, and the Child Nutrition Center.
2. Utilize knowledge of the Child Nutrition Program to communicate and perform duties accurately and effectively.
3. Evaluate and ensure compliance of daily cafeteria operations including the areas of food production, meal service, food safety, customer service, marketing, and personnel management.
4. Implement and evaluate customer service.
