A refund less 30% handling fee will be granted for space(s) canceled if requested in writing and postmarked on or before January 6, 2018. No refunds will be granted for space canceled after January 6, 2018. A $100.00 fee will be applied to exhibitors requesting to move booth locations after space has been reserved.
