Description:
Knowledge of all Federal and State School Lunch regulations. Skills in the areas of cafeteria organization, operation efficiency and basic computer. Ensure all school cafeterias follow Federal, State and Local policies, practices and procedures of the National School Lunch Program and Tomball ISD. Ensure all cafeterias prepare and serve the highest quality food and provide the highest quality service.
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; Registered Dietetic Technician, Registered Dietitian or Associate Degree preferred.
